Rates for young people and adults from 18 years old
Our assistance offer is reimbursed from the basic insurance. To remain independent and provide the best care, we have no contracts with health insurers.
If you have a restitutie policy, 100% of the claim amount will usually be reimbursed. If you have a budget or natura policy, 60% to 85% is often reimbursed. You will receive an invoice from us every month. This invoice must be paid to us within 2 weeks. You then declare the invoice yourself at your health insurer.
Inform your health insurer in advance about what is reimbursed under the policy you have taken out and what specific conditions apply.
