The Hoofdroute is a small-scale practice for psychology and pedagogy that is located in Lisse. We offer short-term guidance and treatment to children and adults with mild psychological problems.
The treatments for children are reimbursed by your municipality.
You can contact us for questions about parenting and growing up.
Children and adults have a lot of resilience. Often difficulties or concerns are transient. But sometimes this is not the case. Then a helping hand can help sufficiently, but more intensive help may also be needed. We can work with you and your child to see what is needed to ensure that your child is doing better again.
We think it is very important to pay attention to what is going well, because this often forms the key to positive change. In addition, we think it is important to look at your child's environment. The environment, such as the family, school or group of friends, has a lot of influence on the well-being and development of your child. Conversely, your child has an influence on his environment. Small changes in the environment can have a big effect.

We are convinced and have the experience that by offering the right help, improvement can occur quickly and that the problems will often disappear completely.
Within our practice we look at which treatment is most suitable for you and / or your child. We think it is important to do what works. The treatment methods we use have been proven to be effective. That means that they really help.
We monitor developments in our field by regularly attending further training and refresher courses. In addition, we are registered in the quality register of the NIP / NVO and the SKJ (Foundation Quality Register for Youth) and work according to the professional code of the NIP / NVO.
Crisis care
There is no crisis service available in practice. In the event of an emergency, you should contact the general practitioner or the GP post (outside office hours).
